Shipping Policy
Company currently offers free Standard Shipping and Handling on the UPWalker (and items purchased with the UPWalker at time of purchase), with delivery expected within 10 to 12 business days of receipt of order. Orders for delivery of the UPWalker to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped for a fee of $150 with delivery expected within 3 business days. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. No orders accepted with P.O. Box shipping address.
Customer understands that Company’s Standard Shipping & Handling delivery timeframe is a good-faith estimate and may be subject to change. You further understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, in which case the products will be delivered when they become available. If your order will be delayed, Company will use reasonable good faith efforts to contact you. If customer no longer wishes to receive the item, company will cancel the order and refund the amount tendered within 7 business days if made using third-party credit card, such as a Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Company will ship orders using UPS or other commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed order. Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
