"I had this walker sent to my 89-year-old mother back in Ohio; I live in California. When the walker arrived and was put together, the rear wheels were defective. I contacted the company and initially was told I'd have to go back through Amazon. I returned the walker and wrote a very unflattering review. A couple of days later, I was contacted by the Director of Customer Service at Journey Health and Lifestyle, the company that makes the walker. I was just astounded by how genuinely caring and understanding the Director of Customer Service was about the terrible inconvenience this situation caused my 89-year-old mother and me. Even more astounding was her total willingness to set this matter straight for us. Through UPS overnight service, she sent my mother a new walker that was even more accommodating to her height than the first walker and contacted me via email several times with information about the progress and tracking information of the new shipment.
